DAILY SCHEDULES AND PROCEDURES

School Year 2025-2026

The school day will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and end at 2:20 p.m., Monday-Friday

MORNING ARRIVAL AND DROP-OFF

• 3K: scholars enter via Allendale St in small yard (Exit 5)
• Pre-K: scholars enter via Allendale St & 102 Ave (Exit 7)
• Kindergarten: scholars enter via Allendale St & 102 Ave (Exit 8)
• Grades 1 & 2: scholars enter via 101 Ave & Liverpool St (Exit 2)
• Grade 3: scholars enter via 101 Ave & Liverpool St or Liberty Ave & Liverpool St (Exit 1/Main Entrance)
• Grades 4 & 5: scholars enter via Allendale St (Exit 4)

Please note: All entry doors close promptly at 8:05 a.m. All students who arrive to school after 8:05 a.m. MUST enter ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN through the Main Entrance (Exit 1) to sign in as late.

AFTERNOON DISMISSAL

All students will be dismissed promptly at 2:20 p.m.

Please note that other than the event of an emergency, any parents attempting to pick up their children between 1:50 p.m. and 2:20 p.m. will be asked to wait until dismissal.

Please see below for grade specific dismissal procedures. Signs will be posted to inform families of specific locations:

• 3K, PK217 : scholars exit via Allendale St into small yard
• PK 105, PK208, PK209: scholars exit via 101 Ave (Exit 3)
• Kindergarten: Class K-211,219,221 will dismissal Exit 7 and K- 223,225,228 will dismissal Exit -8
• Grades 1, 2, 3: scholars line up in the school yard
• Grade 4: scholars exit via 101 Ave (Exit 3) 5 Grade 5: scholars exit via Allendale St (Exit 4)
• Grade 5: scholars exit via Allendale St (Exit 4)

AFTERNOON DISMISSAL

Only individuals listed on the Emergency Blue Card may pick up students. Late arrivals must use the main entrance at 101 Ave & Liverpool St or Liberty Ave & Liverpool St (Exit 1) to sign out their children. If the teacher for 3K through 3rd grade is absent, a substitute Teacher will supervise the class. All students must be signed out by a parent or guardian upon dismissal.

EARLY PICK-UP

Early pick-up will not be accommodated after 1:50 p.m., except in the case of an emergency or illness.

To ensure students’ safety we strongly discourage early pick up during your child’s lunch period. Please ensure all early pickups are communicated to the classroom teacher in writing. Please note that due to safety risks a phone call will not suffice to change pick up details.
